Last week the High Road Toronto office was turned into a battle zone from another world, complete with rocket launchers, camouflage netting and combat gear, as gaming media attended the preview party for the highly anticipated Halo: Reach.
Media went head to head in an exclusive preview of the latest instalment in the Halo series from Bungie and Microsoft Game Studios. As part of the event, the media battled it out in an intense Firefight tournament, with four members from Urbanology Magazine taking the trophy following a hard-fought final round. Media also had an opportunity to chat with Josh Holmes, who conducted briefings and hosted a special Q&A session. Josh is the Studio Creative Director for 343 Industries, and is handling future opportunities for the Halo franchise. He’s also a fellow Canuck – born and bred in Vancouver!
Expect to hear a lot about this game after it officially launches on Tuesday.
