On Wednesday, July 27^th Obikà Mozzarella Bar welcomed Jenn Valentyne and the BT crew to find out what all the mozza was about! Customers were invited to come down for a complimentary breakfast pastry and specialty coffee and soon enough the line of hungry Torontonians took over Brookfield Place.

Lorenzo Sibio led host Jenn Valentyne on a behind the scenes tour of their signature mozzarella bar for a lesson in cheese. In the kitchen, Jenn found out the secret behind dishes like Schiaffoni di Gragnano – fresh ingredients! Jenn also got a little lesson in Italian – can you say Stracciatella di Burrata?

Back in the studio, Obikà dropped off trays of delicious treats for hosts Kevin, Dina, Frankie and the whole BT Toronto crew.

It was a very cheesy morning!
