High Road Communications shapes integrated communications for technology and digital lifestyle companies. The firm serves clients across North America from offices in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver and San Francisco. 

Responsibilities:

• Monthly revenue analysis and forecasting
• Proactively identifying billing issues before they adversely impact clients
• Verification of data for billing cycles, analysis of client information, client adjustments, calculations, and billing reconciliations
• Responsible for maintaining the client project listing, client contracts and contact information
• Train and guide account staff on monthly billing process
• Client Contract Management
• Generate client invoices
• Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of finance experience
• Experience with Client Management an asset
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with PeopleSoft an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills are a must
• University degree in Business or equivalent
• Accounting designation achieved or in progress (CMA or CGA) an asset
