High Road has a company-wide commitment to leveraging our expertise and communications skills to give back to the community. High Road's staff is also encouraged to promote their own volunteer interests within the agency.
Mia Wedgbury, High Road's President and Co-Founder, serves on the Board of the Canadian Advanced Technology Association (CATA), and leads High Road in doing pro bono work for a variety of technology and business organizations — including a commitment to the development of women business leaders as part of The Judy Project in addition to working with non-profit organization Ability Online to promote the cause of empowering children through technology.

- Donating PR services as silent auction items for Algonquin College fundraiser
- Volunteering with Algonquin College's PR students to discuss professional development and career opportunities
- Annual Christmas drive to collect food and toys for needy families in Toronto
