In each year of the study, we find that there are very distinguishable characteristics that differentiate ‘best’ employers from the rest. High Road is an excellent example of a small business that values its employees and the collaborative effort of its entire team.

High Road's creative strategies for leveraging both traditional and new media deliver client results and industry recognition. In 2005 the agency was recognized with two industry awards – a Silver from the Canadian Marketing Association and a Toronto CPRS Bronze ACE award – for its 2004 “Creating a Halo 2 Pop Culture Phenomenon” launch campaign for Xbox Canada.

In 2007, High Road was recognized as one of the 50 "Best Workplaces in Canada". This list is compiled for Canadian Business magazine by the Great Place to Work® Institute Canada. High Road topped the survey for career opportunities, motivation, and senior management leadership.
